October Newsletter

Happy Fall Everyone,

We hope you have all been out enjoying the beautiful fall weather. We have at my house! After hiking, apple picking, and winterizing our gardens (all while wearing a baby) I have been left with low back stiffness and some sore muscles. Come to our group mat class this Wednesday from 6-7pm, drop in rate is $13 and work out those sore muscles. After reading an article that Nicole posted on our Facebook page about the foam roller (you can read it here) I have been inspired to use one of our favorite props in my group classes this month. Love it or hate it, I guarantee that by the end of this month, if you stick with it, you will feel wonderful!

Nicole has been teaching not one but two Beginner Reformer Series and everyone is having a wonderfully challenging time with her. If you or someone you know has ever mentioned an interest in the Pilates apparatus, our 6 week series will get them prepped and ready to join an intermediate level reformer class. Email us:

To help ward off those early Autumn colds and coughs we will be giving our tea bar a little face lift with new yummy tea and honey. If you wish, please bring in a mug or a cup for water and we will store it at the studio for you.

Our studio will be closed on Columbus day October 14th. Enjoy the three day weekend!
