Expiration Dates

We do not have expiration dates on any class or lesson packages.

Refunds

All classes and lesson purchases are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Late Class Entry

A reminder that you may be admitted to class up to 15 minutes after the start of class but it is at the teacher's discretion. Our classes are tough and each and every exercise is designed to take you safely into the next. If you miss a quarter of this work you run the risk of injury. No exceptions.

Class Transfer Policy

Life happens and we get it.  In an effort to help you keep your pilates practice regular and your body happy, you may transfer your reservation to another class within the same week with no penalty as long as you give us notice. Transfers MUST happen prior to the start of your reserved class, otherwise, they will be treated as a “no show” and you will be charged the full lesson/class fee.  This is non-negotiable and no exceptions will be made.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all classes and private lessons. If you miss your class, for any reason, you will be charged the full lesson/class fee. This is non-negotiable.
